  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, (or 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger paste)
  • 1 tablespoon kanji dr tepung jagung
  • 2 tablespoons air

Steps

  1. Combine the rice vinegar, water, sugar, soy sauce, sambal oelek, garlic, and ginger in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.

  2. Aduk secara teratur hingga gula larut.

  3. Kocok tepung maizena dan sisa air dalam mangkuk kecil. Tambahkan campuran tepung maizena ke dalam panci. Aduk terus hingga mengental, sekitar 1 menit.

  4. Biarkan saus benar-benar dingin, tuang ke dalam toples kedap udara dan simpan di lemari es.
