  1. 1. In a saucepan, mix agar powder, pandan leaves, granulated sugar and water until smooth. Cook until boiling while continuing to stir. 2. Insert the sticky rice tape. Stir well. Turn off the heat then throw away the pandan leaves. 3. Pour the pudding mixture into the mold. Set aside and leave until half hardened.
  2. 1. In a saucepan, mix agar powder, liquid milk and sugar until smooth. Cook until boiling. Turn off the heat. 2. Pour this mixture over the tape pudding which has half hardened. Let it cool and put in the refrigerator. 3. Ready to serve.
  3. 1. Use a spoon when pouring the milk pudding mixture onto the pudding tape so that the layers don't break and mix. 2. The amount of sugar in the tape pudding can be adjusted according to the sweetness level of the sticky rice tape.
