Instructions

  1. Rub the chicken with lime juice and salt. Leave it for 20 minutes, then wash it off.
  2. Heat cooking oil. Fry the chicken until brown. Lift and drain.
  3. Take 2 tablespoons of oil used for frying chicken and heat it.
  4. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the onion then saute until wilted.
  5. Add fried chicken. Add sweet soy sauce, red chili, pepper, sugar and salt. Pour in the water and stir until smooth.
  6. Cook the chicken until the sauce thickens. Correct the taste.
  7. Just before lifting, add the spring onions. Lift.
  8. Ready to be served.
  9. 1. Don't fry the chicken too dry so that the chicken doesn't become tough when served. 2. Use a frying pan with a deep basin so that the entire surface of the chicken is exposed to the spices.
