Resep Nasi Goreng Shirataki
Shirataki noodles and rice are popular low-carb alternatives to traditional Indonesian staples, favored for weight loss. Made from the same ingredients but in different forms, shirataki rice is especially appealing as rice is a primary food in Indonesia.

Instructions
- Boil the chicken in enough water until cooked, remove and set aside. Shred the meat.
- Cleanly wash the shirataki rice, then boil it in enough water until it boils. Lift and drain.
- Crush the garlic then saute until fragrant, add the eggs, scramble until cooked.
- Add shirataki rice, shredded chicken, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, stock powder and salt then stir well. Add spring onions and chili slices, stir well.
- Cook until the spices are absorbed, then remove from heat and serve sprinkled with fried onions.
- 1. For seasoning, use a larger amount than regular fried rice, because shirataki rice tends to taste bland. 2. For those on a diet, to make it healthier, replace regular salt with Himalayan salt and low-salt sugar-free sweet soy sauce.
