Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken in enough water until cooked, remove and set aside. Shred the meat.
  2. Cleanly wash the shirataki rice, then boil it in enough water until it boils. Lift and drain.
  3. Crush the garlic then saute until fragrant, add the eggs, scramble until cooked.
  4. Add shirataki rice, shredded chicken, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, stock powder and salt then stir well. Add spring onions and chili slices, stir well.
  5. Cook until the spices are absorbed, then remove from heat and serve sprinkled with fried onions.
  6. 1. For seasoning, use a larger amount than regular fried rice, because shirataki rice tends to taste bland. 2. For those on a diet, to make it healthier, replace regular salt with Himalayan salt and low-salt sugar-free sweet soy sauce.
