Resep Kue Rangi
This traditional Betawi snack, kue rangi, is made with sago, coarse grated coconut, salt, and water, and is enhanced with a sweet sugar sauce to add a delicious flavor.

Instructions
- Combine all the dough ingredients, such as sago flour, coconut, water, salt, stir well until the dough is crumbly.
- Heat the Rangi cake mold, pour the mixture until it is full while pressing, then cover, cook until cooked, remove from heat and serve with brown sugar sauce.
- Brown Sugar Sauce: boil water, pandan leaves and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves, remove from the strainer then boil again after boiling, add the sago flour and salt solution, cook until thickened, ready to be served with rangi cake.
- Pour the mixture into the mold while pressing it to make it solid.
