  1. 1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Set aside. 2. In a container, mix the chicken with the spices for the marinade. Stir well then let sit for 25 minutes until the spices are absorbed. 3. Thread each piece of meat onto a skewer. 4. Prepare a grill/burning tool. Grill the satay until cooked on both sides, while brushing with the rub. 5. Ready to be served with peanut sauce and other complementary ingredients.
  2. 1. Heat a lot of oil. Fry peanuts until cooked. Lift and drain. 2. Continue by frying the garlic, shallots, candlenuts and chilies. Lift and drain. 3. Grind/puree (with a blender) the fried ingredients with the other peanut sauce ingredients. Blend until you get the desired sauce consistency. 4. Ready to serve.
  3. Make sure the chicken fillet is at room temperature when preparing it, so that the satay can be cooked perfectly from the inside and not dry out.
