Instructions

  1. Steam the soaked sticky rice for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, sprinkle the surface with hot water so it doesn't dry out.
  2. Boil coconut milk, pandan juice, granulated sugar and salt in a large pan until boiling.
  3. Add the steamed sticky rice to the boiled coconut milk and pandan juice. Cook while continuing to stir until the coconut milk is completely absorbed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking pan that has been smeared with cooking oil, press and compact.
  5. Once cool, cut into pieces and serve.
