Instructions
- Steam the soaked sticky rice for 20 minutes, turn off the heat, sprinkle the surface with hot water so it doesn't dry out.
- Boil coconut milk, pandan juice, granulated sugar and salt in a large pan until boiling.
- Add the steamed sticky rice to the boiled coconut milk and pandan juice. Cook while continuing to stir until the coconut milk is completely absorbed.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan that has been smeared with cooking oil, press and compact.
- Once cool, cut into pieces and serve.
