Instructions

  1. Split the crab, remove the triangular drainage part and the gills, then wash thoroughly. Fry the crab until cooked. Lift and drain.
  2. Heat butter. Saute the onions until soft.
  3. Add ground spices and large red chilies. Saute until fragrant.
  4. Add chili sauce, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  5. Pour in the water and season with pepper, salt and sugar. Cook until boiling. Correct the taste.
  6. Add the crab and stir well. Cook until the sauce thickens and absorbs.
  7. Lastly, add the spring onions. Stir well. Lift.
  8. Ready to be served.
  9. If you like it spicy, you can add more cayenne pepper.
