  1. Boil instant noodles until half cooked, remove and drain. Discard the boiled water.
  2. Saute the garlic and chilies until fragrant, add the sausage and stir-fry briefly.
  3. Add the boiled noodles, stir well, then add the liquid milk, grated cheese and instant noodle seasoning, stir well.
  4. Add 1 egg, no need to stir, wait until the egg is cooked then remove from heat.
  5. Pour into serving bowls, sprinkle again with cheese and parsley.
  6. If you want to try another flavor variant that is no less delicious, you can use curry-flavored boiled noodles.
