Instructions
- Filling: Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. Add meat, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir well. Add flour while stirring quickly. Add water, salt and pepper. Stir well. Correct the taste. Cook until the water runs out. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, egg yolks, salt and sugar.
- Pour in the warm water and yeast mixture (which has been stirred well). Knead until evenly mixed.
- Add butter then knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough container with a damp clean cloth (moistened) and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Deflate then weigh 50 grams of dough each. Add meat filling then shape into a flat round shape. Let stand again for 15 minutes.
- Heat a lot of oil over medium heat.
- Take the dough. Dip in warm water then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until it changes color to brownish yellow. Lift and drain.
- Ready to be served.
- Make sure the yeast used is still active. Check by mixing the yeast with warm water then stir and let sit for a while. If the solution foams then the yeast is still active and can be used.
