Resep Korean Garlic Bread
Korean garlic bread, a popular Korean street food, is now easy to make at home! This simple recipe is foolproof and a great alternative to buying it online.

- Mix flour, instant yeast, granulated sugar, stir well. Add the milk and egg mixture (see the consistency of the mixture, if you feel it is enough, stop so that the mixture is not too soft). Knead until combined.
- Add butter and salt, knead until smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 8 parts then round each dough.
- Arrange in paper cups or on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smeared with a thin layer of margarine. Rest the dough for 40-50 minutes until it doubles in size.
- Oven until cooked at 180°C for 20 minutes, adjust to each oven. Cool on a cooling rack.
- Mix all the cream cheese ingredients, stir well using a spatula, add the plastic triangle.
- Split the bread into 6 pieces, fill each half of the bread with cream cheese, set aside.
- Garlic butter sauce: Melt the butter until melted, turn off the heat, add the other ingredients and eggs, stir well.
- Dip the filled bread into the garlic butter sauce until evenly mixed.
- Bake again at 160°C for 15-20 minutes until the surface of the bread is dry. Serve warm.
- When dividing the bread into 6 parts, wait until the bread has completely cooled to room temperature so that it maintains its beautiful shape.
