Resep Nasi Jinggo
Nasi Jinggo is a simple and affordable Balinese dish that’s popular with both locals and tourists, and it’s a delicious treat that many people crave even after leaving Bali – especially when paired with satay lili.

Instructions
- Chicken Sisit: Boil the chicken breast then shred it. Set aside.
- Crush the spices for the chicken rendang then stir-fry with lemongrass, bay leaves and lime leaves until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken, stir well then add the curly red chili slices and bird's eye view. Cook until dry and the spices are absorbed. Remove and set aside.
- Sate Lilit: Saute the ground spices for satay lilit until cooked. Mix the ground chicken meat with the ground spices then stir well. Add the roasted grated coconut, stir again until smooth.
- Take enough dough then wrap it around the lemongrass stalks, clenching it so that it sticks. Do it until the end.
- Bake on Teflon greased with a little oil until cooked. The wrapped satay is ready to be used.
- Completion: Arrange the rice on a serving plate, add the fried noodles, dried tempeh, serundeng, chicken penyet, satay lilit and chili sauce.
- Nasi Jinggo is ready to be served.
