Instructions

  1. Blend the spices and saute until fragrant and cooked.
  2. Add shredded chicken and white rice, stir well.
  3. Reduce the heat, add sweet soy sauce, season with sugar, salt, pepper and seasoning to taste, cook until the spices and soy sauce are absorbed, stirring continuously.
  4. Add the cabbage and bean sprouts, stir well, cook until the cabbage and bean sprouts are wilted.
  5. Serve with sunny side up eggs, pickled cucumber and crackers/chips.
  6. Use lightly cooked rice, so that the fried rice doesn't clump and the spices are evenly distributed.
