Grilled Asian Garlic Steak Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak
- 2/3 cup kecap
- 6 g arlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- ½ cup gula
- 1 Tablespoon parutan jahe
- 2 tbsp biji wijen ((Saya suka menggunakan biji wijen Jepang, tapi apa pun bisa digunakan))
- 1 red onion (cut into one inch pieces )
- 1 g reen bell pepper (cut into one inch pieces )
- 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into one inch pieces )
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into one inch pieces )
- tusuk sate
- Irisan daun bawang (untuk hiasan)
Steps

Cut steak into one inch cubes.

Dalam mangkuk besar, kocok kecap, bawang putih, minyak wijen, minyak zaitun, gula, jahe, dan biji wijen. Tambahkan steak dan aduk hingga terlapisi bumbu marinasi. Marinasi selama 3 jam atau semalaman.

Panaskan panggangan dengan api sedang. Masukkan daging, bawang merah, dan paprika ke tusuk sate. Panggang selama 8-10 menit hingga daging matang sesuai keinginan.
