Instructions
- Heat the water, after boiling, boil the yellow noodles for a moment. Lift and drain.
- Prepare a frying pan with a little oil. Saute the garlic until fragrant. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground pepper and salt, stir well.
- Add the noodles to the stir-fry spices. Cook and stir until evenly mixed and fragrant.
- Add the crushed chilies, stir well. Once evenly distributed, turn off the heat.
- Chicken topping: wash the chicken meat thoroughly then cut it into small pieces. Puree with a food processor.
- Saute the chopped garlic until fragrant, add the ground chicken, stir until it changes color.
- Add ground pepper, salt and sugar. Cook until the chicken is dry and lumpy.
- Arrange the noodles on a plate, top with chicken and add lettuce leaves, fried dumplings and wonton crackers. Sprinkle with fried onions and green onions. Devil's noodles are ready to be served.
- The number of chilies can be increased or decreased according to individual tastes.
