Resep Kue Talam Jagung
Talam is a traditional Indonesian dessert that can be creatively made with various ingredients, such as sweet corn. The natural yellow color of the corn also enhances its appearance.

Instructions
- Coconut Milk Layer: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the coconut milk layer. Stir until smooth and not lumpy. Set aside.
- Heat the steamer/coasting pan. Grease the tray cake mold with oil.
- Puree all the corn layer ingredients using a blender.
- Pour the corn mixture into the tray cake mold until it is ⅔ full. Steam for 10 minutes.
- Pour a layer of coconut milk over it until it is full. Sprinkle with corn flakes. Continue steaming again for 15 minutes over medium heat. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Remove the tray cake from the mold. Ready to be served.
- 1. Choose sweet corn that is not too old so it is soft. 2. In order to monitor the maturity of the talam cake, use a steamer pan with a transparent glass lid, such as the GM Bear 2-Tier Steamed Pan (See Lazada DISCOUNT) so you don't have to open the lid often.
