Resep Chocolate Mousse Cake

- 1. Beat the eggs with granulated sugar, using a high speed mixer. Beat until thick. 2. Reduce the mixer speed to lowest. Add the flour mixture and powdered milk. Beat well. 3. Add melted butter, stir using a spatula. 4. Pour into a 20x20 cm square tin that has been lined with baking paper and smeared with margarine. 5. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. 6. Once cooked, cool outside the tin. 7. Cut the cake according to the glass or container. Set aside.
- 1. Heat liquid milk. Don't let it boil. 2. Pour into a container containing dark cooking chocolate that has been cut into small pieces. 3. Stir until the chocolate is melted and mixed well. Set aside (chocolate cream mixture). 4. Boil water, add the gelatin mixture and granulated sugar. Stir well until dissolved (gelatin solution). 5. Beat whipped cream powder with ice water until stiff. Set aside. 6. Mix the chocolate cream mixture with the gelatin solution. Stir well. Pour this mixture into the whipped cream. Stir well.
- Mix all ingredients, team until melted.
- 1. Take the cake pieces, put them in a glass/container. Spray on chocolate mousse. Repeat until the glass/container is full. 2. Spray chocolate ganache on the top layer. Decorate with toppings. 3. Store in the refrigerator.
- 1. Use a piping bag to pipe the chocolate mousse and ganache. 2. Use fruit toppings to make it beautiful.
