  2. Stir until half cooked and thickened.
  3. Add sugar, stir until cooked, soft and thickened. Adjust the taste. Set aside.
  4. Boil the sauce ingredients until boiling. Add cornstarch, stir until the sauce thickens, boils and is cooked.
  5. Arrange the porridge in a serving bowl. Drizzle with coconut milk sauce and serve.
  6. 1. Keep stirring the sticky rice while cooking, so that it doesn't stick and burn in the pan. Add water little by little if you feel it is still not soft enough. 2. Just as delicious when served cold. Put it in the refrigerator overnight, along with the coconut milk sauce.
