  1. Prepare a baking dish (I used a 22 cm diameter round baking pan). Spread with margarine and sprinkle with flour thinly until evenly mixed. Set aside.
  2. Beat eggs, granulated sugar and emulsifier with a high speed mixer until pale white and fluffy.
  3. Add the sticky rice flour, milk powder and vanilla little by little, while beating with a mixer on low speed until smooth.
  4. Pour in the cooking oil and continue beating until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan while spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake the dough at 180°C for 45 minutes. Remove the cake and let it cool.
  7. Remove the cake, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and cut into pieces according to taste.
  8. Ready to be served.
  9. 1. Preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes before use. 2.
