  4. 1. In a pan, boil chicken bones with ginger, garlic and water. Leave it until the chicken essence comes out. 2. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well. 3. Add the meatballs. Cook until the meatballs are cooked. Lift. 4. Sprinkle with sliced ​​spring onions. Set aside.
  5. 1. Prepare a serving bowl. 2. For each serving, add 1 tablespoon of onion oil, 1 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of light soy sauce, ¼ teaspoon of chicken oil, and a little ground pepper. Stir well. 3. Add the brewed noodles. Stir until evenly mixed with the spices. 4. Top with stir-fried chicken and sprinkle with fried onions. 5. Ready a small serving bowl for the sauce. Put the beef meatballs, dumplings and green mustard greens. Pour with sauce. 6. Ready to serve.
