This green smoothie is made delicious with plenty of tropical flavors!

Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 (packed) cup fresh spinach
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- ¾ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Steps

Put coconut water and spinach in a powerful blender and process until totally smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth again.
