  1. Nasi liwet: Wash the rice, add bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, galangal, pandan leaves, cayenne pepper, some rice anchovies, salt and stock powder, set aside first.
  2. Saute the garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add the sliced ​​red chilies, stir briefly.
  3. Pour the stir-fried spices over the rice, add boiling water. Stir well. Cook in a rice cooker until cooked.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, open the lid of the rice cooker, stir the rice, sprinkle with the remaining rice anchovies, cayenne pepper and fried petai. Set it aside first.
  5. Tuna fish filling: Clean the tuna, then add salt and lime juice. Let stand for 10-15 minutes, then steam the fish until cooked. Set aside and let the heat dissipate. Then, shred the fish meat. Set aside
  6. Saute shallots, garlic, curly chilies, red chilies, red cayenne peppers, turmeric and ginger. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add all the spice leaves except basil. Saute briefly until fragrant. Correct the seasoning.
  7. Add the tuna, stir well until the spices are absorbed.
  8. Before lifting, add the basil and stir briefly. Set aside.
  9. Solution: Place 1/2 ladle of liwet rice on a piece of banana leaf. Take 3 tablespoons of the filling then roll the banana leaves into a lontong shape. Bake on a heated pan until the leaves are browned. Serve with fresh vegetables.
