  1. Peel the cassava, wash it until clean, then cut it into pieces.
  2. Boil 1.5 liters of water then boil the cassava until half cooked.
  3. Add sugar then boil until cassava is soft, set aside.
  4. To make coconut milk sauce: boil instant coconut milk, water and salt until boiling then add sticky rice flour, stir until thickened.
  5. Serve cassava with coconut milk sauce on top.
