Instructions
- Peel the cassava, wash it until clean, then cut it into pieces.
- Boil 1.5 liters of water then boil the cassava until half cooked.
- Add sugar then boil until cassava is soft, set aside.
- To make coconut milk sauce: boil instant coconut milk, water and salt until boiling then add sticky rice flour, stir until thickened.
- Serve cassava with coconut milk sauce on top.
