Instructions

  1. Cook the water until it boils, add the ground spices.
  2. Then add bay leaves and galangal.
  3. Add the melinjo and peanuts, then cover the pan, and cook until half cooked.
  4. Gradually add the chayote and corn, cook until the pumpkin is almost cooked.
  5. Add long beans and melinjo leaves.
  6. Season with salt, sugar and stock powder.
  7. Brew the tamarind with the hot vegetable sauce, stir until dissolved. Then add the tamarind water. Stir well, adjust the taste.
  8. Cook until everything is cooked, then remove and serve.
