  1. Put the coconut milk, knotted pandan leaves, salt and granulated sugar in a saucepan. Turn on the stove, use medium to low heat. Stir the jam mixture in one direction and slowly until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Take 1 tablespoon of warm coconut milk, add it to the egg yolk, mix well.
  3. After that, put the coconut milk in a saucepan and add the vanilla paste. Keep stirring slowly until it becomes a thick dough.
  4. Turn off the stove and separate the pandan leaves.
  5. Transfer to a jam container, cool.
  6. Ready to be served with bread.
