  1. Coconut milk sauce: Boil all the ingredients together. Keep stirring until it boils. Remove and set aside.
  2. In a container, mix fine sweet potatoes, sago flour, sugar and salt. Mix well and knead, then shape into balls the size of snake fruit seeds. Set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, boil water, brown sugar and pandan leaves until it boils and mixes well. Remove then strain.
  4. Bring the brown sugar stew back to a boil. Add the snake fruit dots. Stir well and cook until the balls float. Reduce heat.
  5. Pour in the sago flour solution. Stir well and cook until the porridge explodes. Lift.
  6. Ready to be served with coconut milk sauce.
  7. 1. When kneading the salak seed dough, if the dough is too dry, you can add a little water. If the dough is too soft or sticky, you can add a little more sago flour. 2.
