  1. 1. Boil the cingur until tender, drain, then cut into pieces. 2. Pick the kale leaves then boil until cooked. 3. Soak the bean sprouts in hot water, drain. 4. Thinly chop the cucumber and jicama, set aside. 5. Fry tempeh and tofu until cooked, then cut into pieces.
  2. 1. Puree the cayenne pepper, peanuts, garlic, brown sugar, salt and klutuk banana. 2. Add shrimp paste, tamarind juice and enough water, stir well. 3. Arrange the vegetables, cingur, tofu and fried tempeh on a plate 4. Drizzle with rujak seasoning. 5. Serve with rice cake, crackers and fried garlic.
