  1. Soak the bean sprouts briefly in hot water, drain. Chop the cabbage and celery thinly, set aside.
  2. Briefly soak the white tofu and tempeh in water mixed with salt. Fry the tofu and tempeh until cooked then cut into small pieces, set aside.
  3. Gravy: Crush the garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and brown sugar. Mix with hot water, add soy sauce and vinegar, mix well.
  4. Arrange the fried tofu and fried tempeh on a serving plate, top with sliced ​​cabbage and bean sprouts. Drizzle with brown sugar sauce, sprinkle with sliced ​​celery and fried onions.
