Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots (sliced)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (washed and dried)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste, optional)

Steps
