  1. Soak ear mushrooms in warm water until soft, drain.
  2. Boil the ramen noodles in enough water until cooked, remove and drain.
  3. Saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the chicken, stir-fry until it changes color.
  4. Add broth, crushed chilies, Japanese soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt and sugar according to taste.
  5. Add the noodles, wood ear mushrooms and mustard greens, all cook until the mustard greens are wilted. Lift.
  6. Serve warm with sliced ​​boiled eggs and tomatoes.
