Ingredients

1 servings
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, (or milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder, (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter, (or peanut butter)
  • ice, (as needed)

Steps

  1. Add the almond milk to a high-powered blender.

  2. Add the protein powder, banana, blueberries, spinach, and almond butter.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to help blend the ingredients. Add more almond milk and ice to reach desired consistency. I prefer my smoothie thicker so I add ice!
