  1. Mix thick coconut milk, pandan leaves and suji leaves, then blend together. Strain and set aside.
  2. In one container, mix potatoes, flour, eggs, sugar, salt and coconut milk mixture. Mix well using a whisker or you can use a blender.
  3. Add melted margarine, stir well.
  4. Lightly grease a rimmed baking sheet with margarine. Heat on the stove using low heat.
  5. Once the pan is really hot, pour in the mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Close the mold.
  6. Cook until cooked and the surface of the frame cake is dry, for about 30-40 minutes.
  7. Remove the baking sheet. Cool by airing on a wire rack. Once cool, remove the cake from the pan and cut it according to your taste.
  8. Ready to be served.
  9. 1. Cooked using a traditional frame pan made of iron and shaped like a flower. 2. If you use the frame pan and cook on the stove, make sure you use low heat when cooking and also cover it. So that the bingka cake doesn't burn quickly and the inside can be cooked perfectly. 3. If you want the texture of the bingka cake to be softer, you can increase the amount of coconut milk. 4. Coconut milk can be replaced with milk, according to taste. 5. Bingka cake can also be cooked using the oven. Previously, bake for 10 minutes on a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine. Remove the pan then pour the mixture. Then bake again for 40 minutes on lower heat and 10 minutes on upper heat. Get to know and adapt it to your respective oven.
