On hot days, refreshing snacks are the best – try this delicious and tangy fruit asinan! It combines the sweetness of fruit with a savory, slightly spicy broth, perfect for a midday or evening treat.

Instructions
- Peel the mango, wash it clean then slice it lengthwise, place it in a container with a lid.
- Cut the pineapple, put it in a container with the mango.
- Cut 2 musk oranges in half, squeeze the juice then set aside (don't throw away the juiced skin).
- Puree the red chilies. In a pan, add water, crushed red chilies, sugar and salt, boil until boiling.
- Once the water is warm, pour the water into the container containing the mango and then add the squeezed musk orange and the peel.
- Stir until evenly mixed then cover the container, store 1 night in the refrigerator.
