Peanut Butter Oatmeal Latte Shake
Healthy, but yet tastes like dessert. So yummy and nutrient-packed...the best drink you make all week!

- 3/4 - 1 cup milk
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/2 cup sliced bananas, ideally frozen
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 rounded tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds and/or ground flax seed ((optional))
- sea salt
- 2 -3 shots espresso ((optional))
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Steps
1. In a blender, combine the milk and dates, let sit 5-10 minutes. Add the bananas, oats, peanut butter, hemp seeds/flax (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth. If desired, add ice. 2. In a glass jar filled with ice, combine the espresso and vanilla. Shake vigorously for 1 minute. Pour into a glass. Pour over the shake. Stir to combine. 3. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter, shaved chocolate, and sea salt. Enjoy!
