Resep Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions

1. In a bowl, sift flour, milk and baking powder. Set aside.
2. In a separate large bowl, mix the butter, palm sugar, salt, vanilla butter paste and granulated sugar until combined. Then add the peanut butter, mix again until smooth.
3. Add the egg yolks, beat with a mixer until everything is evenly mixed.
4. Add the flour sifter to the wet mixture, then stir with a spatula until all the ingredients are combined and can be formed. You don't need to stir for too long so the cookies don't get hard.
5. Weigh the dough weighing 15 grams then round it, arrange the rounded cookie dough directly onto a baking sheet that has been lightly greased with margarine.
6. Prepare a fork, use the back of the fork to form the texture of the top of the cookies.
7. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes.
8. Panggang cookies 160°C selama 15-20 menit atau sesuaikan dengan jenis oven.
9. Once cooked, transfer to a new, unheated baking sheet and leave until the heat dissipates before serving.
10. 1. For the best cookie shape, let the dough chill for at least an hour in the freezer before shaping and baking. 2. The cookies do feel soft as soon as they come out of the oven, so let them rest for a while. When cooled the cookies will become crispy. Store in an airtight container after the heat has dissipated. Peanut butter cookies last up to a week.
