Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 oz . (230g) cauliflower florets (sliced horizontally)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted )
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley leaves

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). Toss the sliced cauliflower with butter and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet in a single layer and roast until almost tender, about 20-30 minutes.

  2. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan and chopped parsley over the cauliflower. Roast again until the cheese melts and becomes slightly crusty, about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
