  1. 1. Take chicken breasts, divide each into 2 parts without breaking. Then divide it again into 2 parts without breaking so that it is thin. 2. Flatten it with a meat paddle then coat the entire surface with oyster sauce and pepper. Leave it for 15 minutes. Set aside. 3. In a container, mix the flour and cornstarch coating ingredients until smooth. Set aside. 4. Blend all the shrimp coating ingredients with a chopper or food processor until smooth and evenly mixed. Set aside. 5. Prepare a mixture of coating ingredients, breadcrumbs and beaten eggs in 3 separate containers. Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan. 6. Take 1 piece of chicken fillet. Take 1 tablespoon of the shrimp coating mixture and rub it onto one side of the chicken fillet until evenly coated. 7. Roll the chicken in the coating mixture, dip in the egg mixture, and roll in breadcrumbs. 8. Fry the chicken fillet in hot oil over medium heat until it turns brown. Lift and drain. Set aside.
  2. 1. Heat margarine. Saute the garlic and onion until fragrant. 2. Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sesame oil. Stir well. 3. Pour in water and season with pepper. Stir well. 4. Pour in the cornstarch solution. Cook until the sauce explodes. Lift.
  3. 1. Arrange the chicken on a serving plate. 2. Drizzle with sauce. 3. Ready to serve.
  4. 1. Make sure the chicken and shrimp are at room temperature when cooking so that they are cooked perfectly and remain juicy. 2. Use lots of cooking oil and medium heat so that the panir layers don't burn quickly and the chicken and shrimp layers are not raw or too cooked/hard.
