Resep Pie Vla Buah Mini (Fruit Tartlet)
This fruit pie is a popular dessert or snack, combining a crispy crust with sweet vla and flavorful fruit – it’s incredibly appealing. However, it’s quite delicate and doesn’t keep well.

- 1. Mix butter and powdered sugar with a wooden spoon. Stir briefly until evenly mixed. 2. Add eggs and vanilla essence. Stir again until smooth. 3. Add the flour little by little while continuing to stir until it turns into a soft dough. 4. Prepare a pie or tart mold. Brush lightly with margarine or vegetable oil. 5. Take a little pie dough. Put it in the pie mold, press until neat. 6. Randomly prick the bottom surface with a fork or toothpick. 7. Bake for 20 minutes at 170°C or until cooked and changes color. Lift it up and take it out. 8. Remove the cooked pie crust from the mold and cool. Set aside.
- 1. Dissolve cornstarch with some liquid milk. Stir well until evenly mixed. Set aside. 2. Mix a little liquid milk with egg yolk. Beat until well mixed. Set aside. 3. Prepare a pan then cook the remaining milk with the granulated sugar, while continuing to stir. Add the cornstarch solution, stir quickly until smooth. Reduce the heat and leave it on the stove. 4. Take a little of the hot milk mixture above. Then add it to the egg yolk solution. Stir well. Then put this yellow solution back into the hot milk. Stir well. 5. Add the whip cream, stir, and bring to a boil again. Turn off the heat and remove from heat. 6. Add the butter and vanilla, stir until the butter melts and is evenly mixed, marked by a shiny vla surface. 7. Allow to cool and set aside.
- 1. Mix all ingredients. Cook until boiling. 2. Remove and set aside.
- 1. Melt DCC or cooking chocolate. Set aside. 2. Cut all the fruits into smaller pieces. Set aside.
- 1. Take the pie crust (base) dough. Brush the inside with melted chocolate. 2. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of VLA over it then spread evenly. 3. Arrange the fruit pieces on top according to taste. 4. Pour a little or 1 spoonful of the watering material onto it. 5. Leave it until the pouring material hardens so that the filling becomes stronger. 6. Ready to serve.
- 1. The crust pie dough can be stored in the refrigerator first in plastic or sealed packaging for 1 hour to overnight to get a better texture. 2. If you use medium-sized eggs in the crust, remove a little of the egg white so that the crust isn't hard. 3. Avoid kneading the crust dough by hand so that the result is not hard. 4. Use a special mini pie mold made from stainless steel such as the Rancage Pie Cake Mold (See Lazada DISCOUNT). With a diameter of 7 cm, this mold will produce a beautiful pie crust that is the right size.
