Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango ((or fresh mango with 5 ice cubes))
  • ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 ¼ cup Silk’s Unsweetened Coconutmilk

Steps

  1. Gather all the ingredients.

  2. Put the banana, frozen mango (or fresh mango + ice cubes), Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and coconut milk in an electric blender/mixer or NutriBullet.

  3. Blend until all the ingredients are combined and smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
