Instructions

  1. Puree the fried peanuts with a blender. Set aside.
  2. Fry garlic, shallots, cayenne pepper and red chili. Lift and puree. Set aside.
  3. Boil the brown sugar with water until it dissolves and boils. Lift.
  4. In a container, mix all the spice ingredients above. Mix well. Correct the taste.
  5. Fry tofu until cooked. Lift and drain. Cut the tofu into dice.
  6. On a serving plate, arrange the cabbage, bean sprouts and tofu. Sprinkle with peanut sauce and add sweet soy sauce. Add crackers and sprinkle with fried onions.
  7. Ready to be served with lontong or rice.
  8. If you like peanut sauce that has a strong onion flavor, use raw garlic without frying it.
