- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix butter, sugar and vanilla paste. Beat the mixer at medium speed until the mixture is fluffy, pale and creamy. Turn off the mixer and set aside.
- In another container, mix flour, milk powder, and baking powder. Sift or strain then set aside.
- Turn the mixer back on to the butter mixture. Add the eggs one by one while continuing to beat until smooth with each additional egg.
- Add the flour mixture in 3 stages, alternating with the lemon juice (start and end with the addition of the flour mixture). Add it while continuing to shake until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish that has previously been greased with butter and sprinkled with a thin layer of flour. Gently shake the pan so that there is no air space.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 45 minutes until cooked. Remove from oven and let cool. Remove the cake from the pan.
- 1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients then stir until dissolved and smooth. 2. Turn on the stove and cook over medium heat. Stir gently with a whisk until the mixture is evenly mixed. Turn off the heat.
- 1. Prepare the uncut cake on a serving plate. 2. Slowly pour the lemon frosting using a spoon onto the surface of the cake. Leave it until the frosting freezes or dries. 3. Decorate the surface of the cake with garnish. Cut into pieces. 4. Ready to serve.
- Make sure to beat the butter mixture until it is really fluffy so that the cake can rise well and be firm.
