- Beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy at high speed, approximately 10 minutes.

- Sift the flour, powdered milk and speck seasoning, add gradually to the egg mixture, stir again with a spatula until smooth.
- Put 1 spoonful of vegetable mixture into a 20 x 20 x 7 cm baking pan that has been lined with baking paper, spread evenly. Oven over low heat at 180°C until browned, remove from the oven then press the surface with the back of a spoon or a layer cake press.
- Pour in 1 more tablespoon of vegetable mixture, spread evenly, oven over high heat until browned, press the surface again. Repeat these steps until the dough is finished.
- After the final mixture, bake over low heat for 15 minutes until cooked.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven, cool before cutting into pieces.
