  3. Sift the flour, powdered milk and speck seasoning, add gradually to the egg mixture, stir again with a spatula until smooth.
  4. Put 1 spoonful of vegetable mixture into a 20 x 20 x 7 cm baking pan that has been lined with baking paper, spread evenly. Oven over low heat at 180°C until browned, remove from the oven then press the surface with the back of a spoon or a layer cake press.
  5. Pour in 1 more tablespoon of vegetable mixture, spread evenly, oven over high heat until browned, press the surface again. Repeat these steps until the dough is finished.
  6. After the final mixture, bake over low heat for 15 minutes until cooked.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the oven, cool before cutting into pieces.
