Resep Kue Lapet
Lapek is a traditional Indonesian snack made with rice or sticky rice, sweetened with palm sugar and coconut. It has a chewy texture and a distinctive fragrant flavor.

Instructions
- Filling: Finely comb brown sugar, then mix with water, pandan leaves and salt. Cook while stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the grated coconut, cook until mixed evenly and the sugar is absorbed.
- Skin: Mix sticky rice flour, salt, add warm coconut milk little by little. Stir until the dough is smooth. Divide the dough into 10 parts.
- Take one part of the dough, fill it with the filling then round it again. Do this until the dough runs out.
- Take a banana leaf that has been lightly smeared with cooking oil, shape the leaf into a cone, add the dough to the sheet then wrap it and fold it tightly. Do it until the end.
- Steam the lapet for 25 minutes until cooked.
