Ingredients

  • 2 lb bone-in pork chops (preferably thicker cut)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 g arlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt (adjust to taste)
