Instructions

1. Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
2. Add the chopped chicken, stir until it changes color, then add the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and cook until the chicken is cooked. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, add eggs, spring onions, pepper and salt. Beat the eggs until everything is evenly mixed.
4. Heat the Teflon egg omelette and spread it evenly over the entire surface of the Teflon.
5. Cook the omelet until half cooked then arrange the bread that has been cut in half, spread the top of the bread with margarine while pressing the bread a little so that it sticks together with the egg then cook the egg until cooked.
6. Once the egg is cooked, turn it over and position the bread on the bottom, let the bread bake for a moment, then lift and transfer to another container.
7. Add mayonnaise over the eggs then add chopped chicken, lettuce leaves, cheese and top with mayonnaise, tomato sauce and chili sauce.
8. Close the bread cup, then cut the John bread into 6 pieces. Serve.
9. 1. When toasting the bread, position the egg on top for just a moment so that the bread is not overcooked and doesn't break easily. 2. Only put the bread filling on one side so that the filling is not too full.
