  1. Make Gempol: Blend rice with water, don't make it too smooth, then cook, stirring frequently, until thickened. Turn off the heat, add grated coconut. Stir well, let it warm.
  2. Shape the dough into small balls while pressing and compacting it, do this until the dough is finished, then steam the dough for 20 minutes until cooked.
  3. Mix all the coconut milk sauce ingredients, cook until boiling, add the steamed gempol, turn off the heat.
  4. Chocolate Marrow Porridge: Mix all the ingredients together, cook until it bursts and thickens.
  5. Arrange the chocolate marrow porridge in a bowl to taste, add a few gempol seeds and drizzle with coconut milk sauce.
  6. Serve warm or cold with ice cubes.
  7. The gempol dough must be pressed firmly and compacted so that the dough does not fall apart when steamed.
