  3. In a frying pan, heat the oil. Reduce the heat.
  4. Prepare a ladle. Arrange 6 banana slices into it. Pour in the dipping mixture until the ladle is full.
  5. Pour and fry the banana mixture in hot oil, trying to keep the shape round. Fry until it looks half cooked. Flip the bananas and fry until brown. Repeat turning the mixture until the bananas are dark brown. Lift and drain.
  6. Ready to be served.
