- ½ cup vegetable or canola oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons dry vermouth ((or white wine))
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black or white pepper
- 1½ pounds beef flank steak
Steps
In small bowl, combine all of the marinade ingredients and whisk together. Pour into a large zip baggie. Add the steak to the marinade and refrigerate overnight. Turn the bag occasionally to coat well.
Grill the steak 4 to 6-inches above hot coals or on gas grill rack, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
