- ¾ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice ((about 4 large lemons))
- ¼ cup granulated white sugar ((or more, as desired))
- 1¼ cups chilled water
- One 12-ounce bottle ginger beer ((non alcoholic))
- lemon slices/wedges, (for garnish (if desired))
Steps

Juice the lemons into a medium pitcher.

Add the sugar and water, and stir to combine.

Add the ginger beer, and stir to combine.

Serve over ice. Garnish with additional lemon wedges/slices, if desired.
