Garlic Thyme Roasted Mushrooms
Jamur panggang mentega dengan bawang putih, thyme, dan remah roti. Lauk yang sehat dan mudah.
Ingredients
- 12 oz (350g) white mushrooms (stems trimmed)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon thyme (chopped)
- 1/2 tablespoon bubuk bawang putih
- 1 pinch salt (or to taste)
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons tepung roti
Steps

Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu hingga 400°F (207°C).

Panaskan wajan dan tambahkan mentega dan minyak zaitun. Setelah meleleh, tambahkan bawang putih, thyme, bubuk bawang putih, garam, merica, dan air jeruk nipis. Tumis hingga tercampur rata, lalu masukkan jamur.

Aduk jamur agar terlapisi dengan baik dengan bahan-bahannya. Taburkan remah roti di atas jamur.

Pindahkan wajan ke oven dan panggang jamur selama 12 menit. Sajikan segera.
